Hi I'm Jenny,

 

Gathering around a table is sacred to me. Being Italian, I come from a long line of people who find solace in the kitchen. And more than that, in feeding people. 

 

I didn’t come by it naturally as most in my family do. Mine was a slow, simmering passion that intensified over time. It started by feeding young kids in the inner city of Miami every week for 2 years, 25-30 each time. They loved being in our home, sitting around our table. Then I started cooking for college teams where my husband was the chaplain. These were hungry folks who appreciated a home-cooked meal. Each gathering revealed how much I thrived in congregating communities around delicious food and good connection. 

 

And then, as the story goes, it became more than just a hobby, It became a calling, something I believe I was created to do. ​
